History
Nat-Com was incorporated in 1989 as a communications industry construction company. The principals' backgrounds are rooted in communications and construction with decades of combined experience. Initially, Nat-Com construction projects were turnkey cellular sites. Subsequently, Nat-Com became one of the first PCS site builders. Today, we support the growth of the telecommunications industry through a blend of cellular and PCS sites. As pioneers in the wireless construction industry, we have gained vast experience through the construction of over 4,600 sites. In addition to wireless construction, Nat-Com played a major role in the building of one major carrier’s fiber-optic route between Cleveland, Ohio, and Charleston, West Virginia. The success of this work led to Nat-Com’s building of a cable link twenty feet below the Long Island Sound floor. To date, we have built over 5,000 miles of fiber-optic networks. Nat-Com’s geographical area continues to expand. Originally based in Pennsylvania, its coverage now includes most of the East Coast. Nat-Com, Inc. is a privately held company using its own crews for construction projects. We are dedicated to doing our best to complete a first-class site, on time and on budget.
